Tiffany Chen, MD, FACC, FASE, FSCMR, FSCCT, is an Assistant Professor of Clinical Medicine in the Division of Cardiovascular Medicine at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania. She completed her residency at Brown University, cardiology fellowship at the University of Washington, and advanced imaging fellowship at the University of Pennsylvania. Dr. Chen has clinical expertise and a research focus in multimodality imaging for valvular and structural heart disease utilizing 3D echocardiography, cardiac CT, and cardiac MRI. She has published numerous papers and book chapters on interventional imaging and valvular heart disease. She is a consultant for the structural CT and MRI core lab for the Cardiovascular Research Foundation. As an educator, Dr. Chen has taught several structural CT workshops and has served on the Education Committee and Annual Scientific Meeting Program Committee in the Society of Cardiovascular Computed Tomography. She is also on the writing committee for the ACC Advanced Training Statement on Cardiovascular Imaging. An active member of the American Society of Echocardiography, she serves on the ImageGuideEcho Registry committee, the Prosthetic Valve Guidelines writing group, and the Intracardiac Echo task force.
