Complimentary Virtual attendance and engagement in real-time to CVIS 2024 are made possible from the convenience of a computer or mobile device through the live-streaming broadcast platform. The full proceedings from the CVIS 2024 General Session at the El Conquistador Tucson, along with exclusive educational programing unique to virtual attendees will be transmitted through a live stream. 

Virtual attendance permits full session access with the ability to directly engage with faculty, exclusive virtual programming, continuing medical education certificates, and access the CVIS 2024 Enduring On-Demand Library.

The CVIS Live Stream agenda will follow Mountain Standard Time.

A limited number of rooms have been reserved at the El Conquistador Tucson at a special group rate. We recommend that you make a reservation as soon as possible since there are a limited number of rooms available. 

In-Person Cancellation and Refund Policy
In order to process refunds for course withdrawals, cancellations must be received in writing by via email by February 6, 2024, and are subject to a service charge equivalent to 10% of the registration fee, but no less than $25.00. No refunds will be issued thereafter.

The course organizers reserves the right to cancel or postpone any course due to unforeseen circumstances. In the event of cancellation or postponement, the course organizers will refund registration fees but is not responsible for related costs or expenses to participants, including cancellation fees assessed by hotels, airlines, and travel agencies.

Fleming is a licensed insurance agent with over 36 years of experience in Life, Health, Estate Preservation and Retirement Insurance. For much of his career, he has been offering insurance in Valdosta, GA. He is a lifetime member of the Million Dollar Round Table and Court of the Table and has served on several insurance boards. In September of 2018, Fleming acquired the ownership of the Remerton Agency DBA Star Insurance.

Fleming graduated from Brunswick High School, Brunswick, GA. and attended Brunswick College. He is recognized as a Life Underwriter Training Council Fellow (LUTCF®) and is a member of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (NAIFA). Fleming has also been a past President of Life Underwriters of Valdosta and served on other chairs for the association.

Fleming has served as President of the Valdosta Bulldog Club and also on the board of several non-profit organizations in the Valdosta area. He is married to the former Kaye Chastain of Moultrie, GA and they have four sons; John Fleming, William, Wesley and Wilson and two grandchildren. They are members of the Park Avenue United Methodist Church
